We are delighted you are considering us at The Daffodil, Penrhiwllan for your special occasion. Whether a Special Birthday celebration, Anniversary, Christening or other events with family, friends &/or colleagues, we would love to meet with you to discuss your specific requirements and tailor the following options to meet your needs. We’re experts at hosting birthday celebrations, engagement parties and family gatherings. With our spaces varying in size and decor, we’re confident we can accommodate any style of event you have in mind.
The Daffodil, formally The Penrhiwllan Inn, has been a pub in the village since at least 1571, and provides extensive accommodation in our ‘Signature Room’ and ‘Olive Room’ restaurant areas, accommodating up to 50 and 30 covers respectively. Further accommodation for up to an additional 28 covers enables a total of over 100 covers to be served inside. In fine weather (not guaranteed!), a maximum of 32 covers can be served on the outside decking areas overlooking the valley.
A welcoming, warm and cosy environment, with two warming log burners in cold weather, the Daffodil is an ideal location for parties and groups, located centrally between Carmarthen, Cardigan, and Aberaeron (about 25 minutes drive from each).
